ATTENTION RESIDENTS

Authorities in the North West have been alerted to possible gang activity in the area. A very shady and dirty tunnel has popped up near the sparkling tower in the North West. Police have cordoned off the area and are asking residents to refrain from entering the tunnel until they can look into these so called "Emerald Skulls."

The area is considered extremely dangerous and has not yet been fully investigated by the local police. The section of tunnel police managed to explore was littered with zombies and skeletons (authorities cannot say with certainty that these beings are affiliated with The Emerald Skulls) and several officers were injured in the investigation.

Investigators located a suspicious white powder in the bathroom of a decrepit residence in Wrinkled Basin, further urging local residents and passersby to avoid the area. No arrests have been made and a very angry mob assured the detective the powder was nothing more than "sugar."

Residents of Hollow Creek, located just beyond the swamp of Wrinkled Basin, were quick to comment on the increased activity in the swamp. Many are choosing to avoid the area completely now, taking the long route (through Rose Lake) to reach the North West tower, avoiding the so called "riff raff" that now sullies the area.

When asked about the beginnings of a wall between Wrinkled Basin and Hollow Creek, residents were enthusiastic about the build, but did not have complete confidence in Mayor Toonies' ability to execute it. One enthusiastic local loudly expressed his belief that the mayor was involved with The Emerald Skulls (He was quickly removed from the crowd by unseen forces and could not be located for further comment.)

We will report back with any further developments. Stay tuned.

The wall would not address the problem of that little known and secretive area of Wrinkled Bottom! Some folks suggest the clan living in that area are also something to do with that white substance known to Law Enforcement as Cell-U-Like.

BREAKING NEWS
Coming to you live from Wrinkled Basin...

The destruction of Hollow's Creek's smeltery that sits on the edge of Wrinkled Basin has prompted a surge of activity on what has become known as "The Wall." The thick, stone construction has begun to take shape right next to what remains of the smeltery. Hollow Creek residents have chosen to abandon their building in the hope the raising of the wall will send a message to the current residents of Wrinkled Basin.

Investigators were unable to confirm the cause of the fire, but we were told that they suspect arson. The building was filled with multiple furnaces and fuels, as well as being constructed out of mostly flammable materials, but investigators assure us this was not an accident.

The tunnel near the North West portal tower has also reopened, though when we asked for a comment from Police they promptly stuffed their mouths full of donuts and scattered. We're advising residents to disregard the sign posted near the tunnel, as we've been to Wrinkled Basin and we no longer have our wallets. Or our shoes.

The purple banners and flags that have come to be associated with the gang known as The Emerald Skulls have sprung up all over Wrinkled Basin. Police activity in the area has become close to non-existent, and residents of Hollow Creek do not leave their homes after dark.

While Wrinkled Basin continues to expand, and Hollow Creek continues to suffer in stagnancy, residents are beginning to ask, where is this gang getting it's funding?
