General "Chat not allowed by account settings. Cannot send message"

Got this message last night and was puzzled by the change. I sent the server admins a long and ranting message where I called into question their technical expertise, their heritage, and their preferences in chilled beverages. When Amaris quietly pointed out "could you check if it's just yourself?" I fumed and railed and called upon the gods to smite the very Hangout server that had slighted me.

Then I realized I had just migrated my Mojang account to a Microsoft account. Of course.

The setting in question is an Xbox Live setting that had gone quietly unused and unchanged by me for at least a decade.

If anybody else runs across this:
- https://account.xbox.com/Settings
- "Privacy & online safety"
- "Others can:"
- "Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites"
- set to "Everyone"

Marko, I had to get MS to fix my account after migrating.
