The Redstonery is open!

Hello fellow cube-lovers. The redstone shop is now open! On the left side you'll find a "grab bag" type area. (Thank you Ros for the name). Many of the redstone items are too cheap to put a price on, so you can pick and choose as many as you want, and pay a bulk item price!

On the right side are the pricier items, though nothing is more than a handful of iron or (rarely) 1 diamond.

Please enjoy, and let me know if you want more of anything! I'm happy to fulfill special orders. :D

Finally restocked, friendos!!! :D

(I follow an online resource to help with the grab bag prices. I try to give a better deal than the items are technically worth, but I'm still a little worried about some of the prices. So let me know if you would rather it be a little cheaper. <3)

That online resource is interesting. What's also interesting is interpreting how that person values stuff. For example, how does he reason that diamond ore is four times as valuable as diamonds themselves? With fortune III you yield on average 220%. Or that the amount of time to craft 9 stacks of diamonds into blocks is worth 13 diamonds. "Yes, sir, I'd like 9 stacks of diamonds crafted into blocks. I will pay you 13 diamonds to do this service for me."

Not that I don't like it, people have different opinions, but I do find it amusing. :)

I read the part where he explains stack/individual price discrepancies as well, detailing crafting time, but how does a full stack of diamonds lose value than if they were split up individually?

Yeah it's pretty outdated and therefore probably not too accurate anymore. But it seems to have worked out well for my purposes. :D

I think he's really nitpicky. If it ever had to touch a crafting table it's automatically worth more. Period. Which is silly after 1.12. Though some items suck even now. Like dispensers. Come on. I can't even use the millions of bows I get from fishing because they are enchanted.

Have you tried pairing two enchanted bows to make one unenchanted bow?
I didn't know you could? Whenever I've paired them in the past it just repairs them a bit and combines enchantments.

I read one sentence online when googling that implies I could pair them in a crafting table (not an anvil like I usually do) and that might work? Neat if that's the case! I'll try today.
