Well....
Here is the problem,
I did a thing.....
First of all
THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL IRONY.

This is me and my husband with some of our grandkids on Christmas morning. See me with my foot propped up?
Ya
Did i ever mention how much i just detest to my very core... SNOW?
So 2 weeks before Christmas I had a Dr apt, which by the way was canceled due to events that shall unfold in a moment.
On my way to the car i slipped on SNOW, one foot went in the air, the other went sideways and i came down on top of it.
In case you are wondering, no, this is not a normal angle the human foot should go in...

So after another 2 weeks to wait for swelling and what not, surgery, 2 metal plates and a handful of random screws, this is the result.

They call it a 360 tri malliar(?)break. The front and inner bones were broke clean, but the outer bone was crushed.
So.......
I'm in a wheelchair atm, and i can't get the damn thing through the door to my computer! !
I'm having serious withdrawals here ppl....
But. I. Will. Return. Just. You. Wait.

Oh my! That X-Ray looks like mine from 2001! I did exactly the same thing ...... result- broken tib & fib, 3 breaks, the titanium in my leg is worth more than the rest of me.

So I really feel for you, it is sooo frustrating.

I have had a difficult "broken leg" journey, a couple of recommendations for you -

Get that leg a little bit higher, it saves problems due to pooling blood & inflamation.

When the docs tell you to walk, do it, it hurts but it's vital for full healing.

If you can get Physio, do that with a vengeance & continue at home.

Positives -

You now have a lot of slaves ready to do your will, make them sweat!
