Hi there J_Romin. Welcome to the forum and Hangout. And I have such fond memories of pong. Except I was a kid when it came out. Maybe 3-4.

Hiya- a week late seeing your post, but welcome! It's a nice bunch of players here and I'm sure you'll fit in. Not so different a past, I'm turning 62 in a few days, cut my teeth on a Commodore VIC 20. Worked at a maintenance Tech for AT&T fiber optics and later shifted to game artist. I'm on at odd hours but have been distracted in the garage lately (classic car not woodwork). Hope to see you on-line soon.

I had a Psion Organizer, then a Psion Series 3C (one of the best computers ever made IMHO) and an early Palm Pilot (still have it dunno if it works). Got any of those?
This thread has taken an interesting turn, love your collection amaris! I have a few functioning Psions Vinehold, used them daily for years rather than carry around one of those damned Filofax things.
If it's confession time - I have a garage full of Apples and Macs going back a looong time. I fear I will not be able to keep them forever though.

My 3C suffered from the sticky case problem and the battery compartment cover broke. I wish I still had some of my early computers, although I've still got a fair bit of software from the late 80's onwards

Don't tell me, or I'll fly over. I have been addicted to such sales since I picked up some boxes of new electronic components for £5 that I sold on for - let's just say it was more than 400 times what I paid. 
You do sometimes have to fight the impulse to buy 100 left foot Nike trainers or a dozen used Albanian Air Force parachutes though..... ( I jest not)

Put one on each foot and they'd be great for running clockwise 'round a circular track.
Too late, do you know a good physiotherapist?
I guess I need to pay more attention to my shoes; that might have contributed to my knee replacement
