Looking good so far; you certainly build quicker than me! I really struggle to get my ideas out of my head and into the game.
sometime its best just to build a rough frame in dirt / stone / wood then see what it looks like i did the with the third picture made the balcony in wood but it dint look good so changed it to stone

Looking very castley! the ravine on one side and river on other makes me think there is a possibility of a moat maybe water, maybe lava, surrounding this build. What is the approx coords you are at?

i going to build a castle farther back near the water, this will be part of the castle outside wall and i want to do a farm next in the castles grounds and inn /houses (small town) the map out where to place the castle. last time i did the outside wall it was hard to fit stuff in the middle, so have learn a lesson
