Public Build: Hobbit VIllage

As a heads up everyone, the original post has been updated by TBM with more information, as well as some project ideas anyone is welcome to help with! Please take a look through and let us know if you have any suggestions

And @TiggerBlueMom You are so kind, thank you! But I don’t deserve all the credit, you did more than you know, I just asked the right questions .
 
I now have a market stall up with 6 chests for anyone interested in donating materials. I plan to build additional market stalls as they are needed, so if the chests are full when you stop by, let me know!

You can find this stall just north of Hobbiton's portal island :D

We have made a list of what we think will be used the most, please feel free to contribute what you like, thank you!

Materials
This is by no means a comprehensive list, just a list of what is likely to be used the most. If there is anything you feel should be on this list, comment below and we will add it!

  • Wood, particularly Oak, Dark Oak, Birch, Spruce
  • Terracotta (plain or dyed)
  • Torches
  • Cobblestone (mossy and plain)
  • Clay or Bricks (to be made into flower pots or blocks as needed)
  • Glass
  • Assortment of dyes
  • Iron
  • Coal
  • Blue wool (for nether tunnel)
  • Leaves (for nether tunnel)

THANK YOU DONATORS!

A big thanks to those that have donated materials so far! We now have a great supply of Oak and Dark Oak for anyone to start builds, and lots of bricks for those looking to decorate with flower pots or brick blocks! There are stacks of torches for anyone who wants to help mob proof, as well as iron, coal, and some oak leaves for decorative touches.

At this rate we'll need a second market stall soon, Yay! Thanks so much everyone!​
