Oof. I got a concussion at a Fear Factory show back in the day, but no broken bones.
I used to run a large PA system, many decades ago... been hit on the head with bottles when mixing, had people dropped on top of me, spat at, had my shoes ripped off and clothes torn during a punk band on-stage riot when doing monitor mix, and to balance that out thoroughly stoned when engineering for reggae bands. All in a day's work we used to say

Yep; tinnitus from the sound systems and miscellaneous bumps and scrapes were common enough - I also fell off a stage at least once - but that one time I took a portly crowd surfer's elbow to the back of the head.
