What shops would you like to see this season?

We will have shops again and I was wondering what you are planning to sell, any shop concepts you've come up with or a wishlist for shops you'd love to see!

First thing for me will probably be to reopen my potion shop asap, providing water breathing, nightvision and fire protection!
I'm also thinking about having some sort of flea market, where you can temporarily sell excess items or stuff you just wanna get rid of but don't want to build a shop for.
I'd love to see a shop for digging services, a well stocked wood shop and once again a lovely rocketshop!

I'd like to make a small homey shop that doesn't need to be restocked too often. Just to feel included. Oh I know! I'll sell water!

If no one minds..... I'll build a new Quartz Shop since I spend so much time in the Nether and diamond blocks will be used for my main build.

I would love to do a redstone shop. Builing red stone contraptions for people who either doesnt want to, or dont know how to. Auto sorters, furnace arrays, piston doors and so on. I will prolly set up a shop for it, but dont think there is a huge market But maybe thats a good thing.

Also, prolly a book store.

I've drained two ocean monuments in my life and vowed never again . . . but with the new prismarine blocks I may have to again. So a prismarine shop with outrageous prices

I would like to do a greenery shop; lots of harvestables and wood.
Mabye also a snow and ice themed shop, being Santa's little helper and all.. we'll see

Oh I don't know yet.. maybe rockets or items of the sea (coral anyone?). I'd love to see a shulker shop and dig the idea of villager/mob delivery service.
